39 Penny Lane
Designed in 1937 by Bauhaus-trained Paul M. Doering, this modernist home layers concrete, steel, and glass block with clean-lined geometry and open space. Original details were carefully preserved while introducing hand-laid herringbone oak floors and refined interiors. Floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, four fireplaces, and a mahogany sliding wall shape a light-filled plan that feels both precise and effortless.
